1. Is this therapy?

No. QuietSpaceTalks provides private listening sessions focused on presence and attention.

2. Will you give advice or solutions?

No. These sessions focus on listening — not advising, diagnosing, or fixing.
The purpose is to give you uninterrupted space to speak freely.

3. Who is this for?

This space is for adults who feel overwhelmed, unheard, stressed, or simply need a safe place to talk without judgment.

4. How do sessions take place?

Sessions are conducted online through a secure audio or video call.
You can choose to keep your camera off if you prefer.

5. What platform will be used for the session?

A secure online meeting link will be shared with you after booking confirmation.
You’ll receive the link and session details via email.

6. Will the session be recorded?

No. Sessions are not recorded.
Recording by participants without permission is not allowed.

7. Is everything confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private and handled with care and respect.
However, confidentiality may be limited if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.

8.Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

9. Can I stay anonymous?

Yes. You may use only your first name or a nickname.
You are not required to share personal details beyond what is necessary for booking.

10. Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

No preparation is required.
You can simply show up as you are and share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

11. What can I talk about?

Anything you want — stress, relationships, work pressure, loneliness, life transitions, or whatever is on your mind.

12. How long is each session?

Each session is approximately 30 minutes (unless a different duration is mentioned during booking).

13. What happens after I book a session?

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details and the meeting link.
Please ensure you enter a valid email address during booking.

14. Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Cancellation and rescheduling follow the policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Requests made at least 6 hours before the session may be eligible, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

15. What if I need professional mental health support?

QuietSpaceTalks is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately.

16. Is there an age requirement?

Yes. QuietSpaceTalks is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.

17. Is this a crisis or emergency service?

No. QuietSpaceTalks does not provide crisis intervention or emergency support.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.

18. What do I need to join a session?

A stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with audio (camera optional).

19. What if I join late?

Late arrival may reduce the remaining session time, as sessions end at the scheduled time.
