Refund & Cancellation Policy

QuietSpaceTalks provides scheduled online listening sessions. Please review the following policy carefully.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of quietspacetalks.com.

By booking a session, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested via email at quietspace.connect@gmail.com at least 6 hours before the scheduled session time (IST).
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed at QuietSpaceTalks’ discretion in accordance with this policy.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

3. No-Sessions

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation is considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Service Nature

  • QuietSpaceTalks provides non-therapeutic listening services.
  • As sessions involve reserved time slots, refunds are limited.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made at least 6 hours before the session may be accommodated subject to availability. Rescheduling within 6 hours of the session time may not be permitted.

QuietSpaceTalks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
