Terms & Conditions – QuietSpaceTalks

Welcome to QuietSpaceTalks. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

QuietSpaceTalks provides anonymous listening sessions for emotional support and conversation. This service:

  • Is not therapy.
  • Is not medical treatment.
  • Is not psychological counseling.
  • Does not provide diagnosis or mental health treatment.
  • Sessions are conducted online via audio or video call.

If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

By booking, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Users agree that the information provided during booking is accurate.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Payment must be completed before the session.
  • Prices are listed in INR.
  • QuietSpaceTalks reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the session.
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at QuietSpaceTalks’ sole discretion.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree:

  • To behave respectfully during sessions.
  • Not to use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language.
  • Not to record sessions without permission.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a private environment during sessions.

QuietSpaceTalks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

QuietSpaceTalks reserves the right to terminate sessions if guidelines are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuietSpaceTalks is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by clients after sessions.
  • Emotional outcomes.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • QuietSpaceTalks shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical failures, interruptions, or third-party service issues.

All sessions are voluntarily booked and attended at the client’s discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

QuietSpaceTalks may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of QuietSpaceTalks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Force Majeure

QuietSpaceTalks shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance ( Sessions) due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or technical disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
